Baby Love: Graham

I'd forgotten how small 3 month old babies are, and that I have to work extra hard to get a little toothless grin from them...but it's always worth it. Of course, I had much help from his happy family! Thank you all for your patience and for this impromptu session!

No, he wasn't constipated, just wondering, "What the heck is going on?!?!"

He did ALOT of yawning during the session until he finally gave out in auntie Dawn's arms...

Moon Rise over Cherry Blossoms

I love the antique-feeling of pictures. These were taking a couple years ago when I used to live near Branchbrook Park. I was looking for some other photos of my church when I stumbled upon these. Sweet. Now I feel like putting on a summer dress, sipping some homemade lemonade, and watching the fireflies dance through the night sky. You know, kinda like those Country Time Lemonade commercials? Oh well.

Baby Love: Robert

This little 1+yr old fella showed me all his true colors. Seriously. When I met him for the first time, I was witness to the whole spectrum that is Robert. From shy, to crying, to giggling, to nonchalant, to giggly again, to absolute sweetness, to studious, to curious, and then finally intent on watching his lion show on PBS. Such a cutie pie with the most adorable looking suit!!! I kept thinking 'Dr. Marcus Brody' from Indiana Jones... I don't know, something about that intelligent look in his eyes and that cute bow-tie ;) . Many thanks to Robert's parents, John and Rachel, for allowing me into their home to take some photographs of their beautiful, ever-growing family (congrats again!!!)

Below: my favorite shot of the day.

Below: "Now, as the two alpha particles begin to bombard the positive neutron quarks, they ignite the plasmatic core...." Can't you just hear him saying something like that??

Jasmine's Bridal Shower

It's hard to believe that my big brother will be wed in less than a month from now... Whoa!!! And to a most perfect p.i.c. (that's Partner In Crime for those who don't know). But before they take the plunge, Jasmine's family and best friends (and fiance) all surprised her by giving her a bridal shower! Good food, fun games, and lots of hugs. Lots and lots of hugs. =)

The soon-to-be Mr. & Mrs Perez

Things got a bit teary-eyed... there might be a huge necessity for Kleenex tissues on the day of the wedding...just saying.

She was all smiles... obviously.

Naughty gift...ummm.....ewww?? (he's my brother!!!) ;)

The bridesmaids asked every person to write a word of advice to Jasmine for when she sister and I, being the little *angels* that we are, dared our mom to write something along the lines of "I did my he's all yours". And she did, ever so eloquently, of course. heeheehee.
